Refund policy

Returns for refund are eligible if the item is incorrectly described or you received the wrong item. Returns for refund must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.

We offer exchanges or store credit, all exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s). 

• Initial shipping fees are not refunded. 
• All items returned for refund or exchange must be sent back in their original condition. 
• Return shipping costs are not covered
• All returns must be shipped with a tracking number.
• Sale items are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. 
• Refunds processed within 10 days.
• Bank processing time is between 5-10 days.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
