Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of purchase. 

We ship UK and worldwide. Delivery costs will automatically apply at checkout. 

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail or Evri, please allow 2-5 days working days for delivery. 

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail or DHL Tracked, please allow 7-11 working days. 

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our studio. If this occurs, we will reach out to you via email. If the issue was on our end, we will reship your order at no additional cost. However, if the issue was due to incorrect information provided by you, a new shipping label will need to be purchased.
